Diagnose & Repair the cause of your Microsoft Windows-based computer problems, such as software configurations, router configuration, Internet settings, virus or spyware/malware issues or operating system errors.
We will:
- Check computer and network connections settings
- Perform hardware tests
- Check for viruses & spyware and do a security audit
- Help you with a backup plan for the future
- Solve issues and do system tune-ups as necessary.
- Download and arrange installation of OS updates (where applicable)
-If it is determined that parts are required to fix your problem, we will provide advice on the best course for repair (parts are extra).
-Our goal is to strive to restore computer and devices back to working condition (except in the event of a hardware failure).
-Service Duration 2.0 hours
If a part(s) is needed to complete the repair please call the service manager to order the part(s) and make payment. Part costs are not included in this service.
The customer is responsible for providing system recovery software (CD's or DVD) in the event the computer needs to be restored to its factory default settings. If recovery software is needed and the customer does not have a copy, they should call the manufacture and order the software directly. (The manufacture may charge money for new recovery software)
